Governance
AHVED is governed by an independent Board of Trustees that provides oversight of financial management, strategic direction, and organizational compliance. The Executive Board handles day-to-day operations under board supervision. AHVED maintains a conflict-of-interest policy, whistleblower protections, and document retention procedures consistent with IRS best practices for public charities.
