- Organizational partners: With your consent, we may share your information with CANA, Konbit Pou Sove Ayiti, or partner organizations to connect you with services you have requested.

We retain donor and financial records for a minimum of seven (7) years as required by IRS guidelines for 501(c)(3) organizations. Other personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Payment information is never stored on our servers — all payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
