Konbit Pou Sove Ayiti

"Together to Save Haiti"

In Haitian tradition, a konbit is when the whole community comes together — combining strength to accomplish what none could do alone. No payment. No politics. Just people who care, doing the work.

Organized by AHVED and Pauline Show Ayiti · Tune in every Sunday at 6:00 PM

What is Konbit?

For generations, Haitians have used the konbit to accomplish together what no one could do alone — neighbors gathering to harvest fields, build houses, solve shared problems. It's not just a practice; it's a philosophy of collective strength.

Konbit Pou Sove Ayiti carries that spirit into the present. Haiti's challenges — political, economic, social — cannot be solved by one person or one organization. They require every Haitian, at home and in the diaspora, to step in.

The movement works neighborhood by neighborhood — because real change starts local. Each community that takes ownership of its streets, its schools, its safety, becomes a living example that others can follow.

The goal: neighborhoods that are cleaner, greener, safer, and more educated — rebuilt from within, sustained by their own people.
