"Each year this event gives him hope and removes a heavy burden as the school year begins. It's more than just supplies — it's a tradition that helps his family start the year prepared and supported."
"When it comes to learning, AHVED's mission today is exactly that, so I couldn't say no."

Investing in Youth in Haiti
School support, scholarships, and supplies sent directly to Haiti
Education is the foundation of Haiti's future. AHVED doesn't just send relief — we invest in the long-term development of Haitian children by funding tuition, shipping school materials, and supporting schools that would otherwise operate without basic resources.
School Supply Shipments
AHVED regularly ships backpacks, notebooks, pens, uniforms, and learning materials collected in Florida directly to schools and families in Haiti — where a single notebook can determine whether a child attends school that week.
Konbit Bous Detid — Scholarships
Through the Konbit Pou Sove Ayiti movement, AHVED funds school tuition, uniforms, and supplies for children and young adults in Haiti who cannot afford the cost of education. Every dollar sponsors a child's learning.
Sponsor a Student →School Partnership Program
AHVED works directly with schools in Haiti to understand their needs — sending targeted materials, supporting teachers, and helping ensure children have what they need to learn, regardless of their family's financial situation.
Konbit Bous Detid
Bous Detid means "scholarship" in Haitian Creole. This program funds school tuition, uniforms, books, and supplies for children and young adults in Haiti who cannot afford the cost of education — because poverty should never be the reason a child stops learning.
Every sponsor directly covers the educational costs of a named student. You receive updates on the child's progress. Your investment follows them through their education.

$25 fills a backpack. $50 covers a child's school supplies for a year in Haiti. $100 sponsors a Back-to-School kit plus health screening. Every dollar is a future.
